About SignBuddy

SignBuddy is an interactive digital learning platform designed to introduce Bahasa Isyarat Malaysia (BIM) through fun, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.

Currently, learners can explore alphabets and numbers through visual sign demonstrations, interactive activities, and game-based learning. The Greetings module is currently under development and will be introduced in a future update.

SignBuddy incorporates a personalized adaptive learning and scoring approach, where the learning experience and scoring are adapted according to the learner's performance, accuracy, progress, and difficulty level.

By combining BIM, multimedia, gamification, and adaptive learning, SignBuddy aims to create an engaging learner-centred experience while promoting inclusive communication and greater awareness of the Deaf community.
